About Us

Welcome to the website of Family to Family Medical Center, Incorporated, the private practice of Dr. Desiree Domingo-Foraste and Dr. Kristin Peña.  Family to Family was incorporated in 2002 with the goal of providing personalized, timely patient care for the whole family.

OUR FLU SHOTS for 2011-2012 are in!

Please make an appointment to receive  your vaccine.  This is a good time to make sure you are up to date on other vaccines including the new Tdap (pertussis and tetanus), and Pneumovax (Pneumonia).  We also carry the new INTRADERMAL and High Dose Flu shots.

 

OFFICE CHANGES OCCURRING IN 2011

 

  • As of October 1, 2011, we will no longer be contracted with private health insurances except for Blue Shield and Medicare.  Payment for your visits will be expected at the time of the office visit.  We will assist you in submitting claims to your own insurance for reimbursement and facilitate payment of lab studies, Xrays, and prescriptions through your insurance.
  • As of December 16, 2011, Dr. Peña will no longer be working at Family to Family Medical Center.  Dr. Foraste is happy to care for Dr. Peña's patients following her retirement.

About Family Medicine

Family Medicine is a medicine specialty overseen by the American Board of Family Physicians. Our residency is a three-year program consisting of both inpatient and out-patient (clinic) medicine. Board Certification is required every 7-10 years.

We receive training in all aspects of medicine including Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, Adult and Geriatric Medicine, including care of both men and women.
